9 Super Habits to Look Radiant

You don't need an endless to-do list, just prioritize yourself, take care of your body, your mind, and your mental peace, because wellness is a path you must work on every day.

I only ask that you be consistent, and when you've mastered one habit, add another.

The 9 habits:

  1. Drink 1.5 to 2 liters of water a day.
  2. Eat 30g of protein at each meal.
  3. Walk at least 10,000 steps a day.
  4. Fill half your plate with colorful vegetables.
  5. Do strength training at least 3 times a week.
  6. Practice 15 to 20 minutes of grounding (contact with the earth).
  7. Supplement with omega 3, magnesium, and vitamin C as a base.
  8. Meditate 5 to 10 minutes a day.
  9. Don't give your energy to toxic people. Your physical and mental health depends on your social relationships.

Trust me, the last tip is the most important: your nervous system will always be relaxed when you're with people who love you.
