9 Super Habits to Look Radiant

You don't need an endless to-do list, just prioritize yourself, take care of your body, your mind, and your mental peace, because wellness is a path you must work on every day.
I only ask that you be consistent, and when you've mastered one habit, add another.
The 9 habits:
- Drink 1.5 to 2 liters of water a day.
- Eat 30g of protein at each meal.
- Walk at least 10,000 steps a day.
- Fill half your plate with colorful vegetables.
- Do strength training at least 3 times a week.
- Practice 15 to 20 minutes of grounding (contact with the earth).
- Supplement with omega 3, magnesium, and vitamin C as a base.
- Meditate 5 to 10 minutes a day.
- Don't give your energy to toxic people. Your physical and mental health depends on your social relationships.
