REASONS WHY YOU CAN'T BUILD SUSTAINABLE HABITS

When you wait for the start of a week, month, or new year to begin some habits, it leads to the all-or-nothing law. Just start whenever - your body doesn't know about dates.
You set big short-term goals, you don't meet them because it's unsustainable and unrealistic, and you get frustrated. Set small advances throughout the weeks, the change won't be abrupt and will be sustainable. Celebrate those small advances and you won't even notice when your body and mind alone will ask for another level.
You want fast results, but you have to think that you can't have changes in weeks for what has been maintained for years.
If you fail the habit one day, you never pick it up again. You must be consistent and start as many times as necessary. The process is not linear, there will be days and days, it doesn't mean you failed.
Big changes start with small steps. As always, I'll be here to guide you to gradually achieve these habits you'd like to incorporate.
I know you see thousands of health accounts talking about watching the sunrise, grounding, fasting, ice baths, an ideal breakfast, strength training, etc., often showing their ideal day, wondering how they have time to do all that and not fail. But the reality is that it's impossible to follow perfect routines every day of the year. We don't all have the same circumstances, and besides, each life has its own rhythm.
Remember that Instagram is a runway, it's a platform where everyone wants to show what we want and generally it's the beautiful side of life, but true wellness must be realistic and possible. Remember that life is a balance. If I eat well almost every day it's because it's good for me, but if I crave something sweet, I'm going to eat it with enjoyment. Taking care of yourself is not punishing or restricting yourself, it's living without guilt.
You shouldn't see your diet with an expiration date. These are habits for your whole life and you'll never have to "diet" again.
So start looking within yourself, your way of living, thinking, and feeling. Reconnect with yourself and listen to your body. They can tell you many things, but only you have the power to change things. No one is going to heal for you. You are responsible for your own health. Don't forget yourself or leave yourself last on your to-do list.
