2 Smoothies for Healthy and Radiant Skin

Sometimes due to lack of time and organization, we don't manage to include enough vegetables in our daily routine. That's why smoothies will always be a great option - delicious, easy, and quick to make. But remember, they DON'T REPLACE a meal; they'll always be an extra to your daily diet.

I'm sharing 2 super complete, natural smoothie recipes full of antioxidants to keep your skin healthy and radiant.

Green Glow Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 3 celery stalks
  • 500 ml of water
  • 1 frozen cucumber
  • 1 handful of spinach leaves
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Stevia and ice to taste

Blue Antiox Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 500 ml of water
  • 1 cup of blueberries
  • 1/2 cup of strawberries
  • Ice and Stevia to taste
  • Optional: add 1 scoop of collagen or protein powder
